Trading Websites for Classic Cars? Why Mooney Marketing Is Open to Creative Trade Deals

There was a time in my life when old trucks and classic SUVs were everything. Back in high school, I drove a 1975 K5 Blazer, and over the years I ended up owning a couple more old Blazers after that. Like a lot of people, those vehicles hold memories for me. Cruising around Central Oregon, working on projects with friends, late nights in the garage, and the freedom that came with old square body trucks and classic 4x4s. Lately I’ve been thinking it might be time to get another one.

At the same time, I’ve noticed something happening more and more in today’s economy. Businesses are getting creative. Cash flow can get tight, especially for small businesses, contractors, mechanics, welders, and hardworking local companies trying to grow while keeping expenses under control. Because of that, I’ve seen more businesses opening up to trades, barter-style agreements, and creative partnerships instead of everything always being straight cash deals.

That got me thinking. Why not offer the same thing through Mooney Marketing?

So officially, Mooney Marketing is now open to selective trade opportunities for website design, SEO services, branding, and digital marketing projects. If you have an older classic vehicle, project truck, Bronco, Blazer, Square Body Chevy, classic Mustang, Jeep Wagoneer, Jeep Chief, old ranch truck, or another pre-1987 vehicle sitting around, I’d love to see it. Running or not, perfect or project, I’m always open to hearing what people have tucked away in garages, barns, shops, and side yards.

It’s not just vehicles either. I’m also open to valuable service-based trades. Excavation work, welding, fabrication, fencing, construction services, mechanic work, paint and body, heavy equipment services, and other skilled trades can all potentially be part of a deal depending on the project. At the end of the day, both sides bring value to the table, and sometimes creative partnerships simply make more sense.

The important thing is this does not mean lower quality websites or “cheap” marketing. Every website I build through Mooney Marketing is still professionally designed with strong SEO structure, mobile optimization, AI Engine Optimization (AEO), clean branding, and local search visibility in mind. Whether someone pays traditionally or through a trade agreement, the goal is still the same: help businesses grow online and stand out in Central Oregon.

Honestly, this idea also just sounds fun to me. I enjoy o

ld vehicles, blue-collar culture, classic trucks, garage projects, and working with local hardworking people. If a website can help someone’s business while also helping me relive a little bit of those old high school days driving a K5 Blazer around town, that sounds like a win-win.

So if you’ve got an old project vehicle collecting dust or valuable services you think might make a good trade, send me a message. You never know what kind of deal we might be able to work out.
